Our story

A mother and son from Milan

Incanto began as a shared dream between Rossella and Andrea Signorelli. In 2016 Andrea flew to Antigua and invested everything in an empty spot at the end of the dock at Antigua Slipway. The name came to him in a dream: Incanto.

Today pasta, focaccia, fresh basil and every dessert are made or grown right here, following the traditions of Italian cooking. Attention to detail, quality ingredients and service with a smile, under a sky full of stars.

In 2018, at the end of our second season, Incanto was rated #1 of 177 restaurants in Antigua on TripAdvisor. That photo of us is still on the plaque we keep at the restaurant. Read our story.

Every spring the crews of the Antigua Classic Yacht Regatta fill our deck for lunch, and many evenings are fully booked, so please reserve ahead.

Where is Incanto?

Incanto is an Italian restaurant and lounge bar on the water at Antigua Slipway in English Harbour, Antigua, a short walk from Nelson's Dockyard. See the map.

Do you offer a dinghy pick-up for yachts?

Yes. Our dinghy picks you up free of charge at Nelson's Dockyard, in front of the Copper & Lumber Store Hotel, and brings you back after dinner. Send us a WhatsApp message with your name, number of guests and time. Berthed at Falmouth Harbour or the Antigua Yacht Club? It's a short walk to the Dockyard.

What is Crew Night?

Every Thursday is Crew Night: yacht crews get 15% off the whole bill, plus the free dinghy ride. Book on WhatsApp with your yacht name.

What are your opening hours?

We are open every day from 12:00 to 9:30 pm for lunch and dinner, and closed on Tuesdays. We reopen for the new season in mid-November 2026; the exact date will be announced here and on Instagram.

Yes, gluten-free options are available. Please let us know about any allergies when you book.

Are service charge and tax included in the prices?

Yes. Menu prices are in US$ and include 10% service and 17% ABST.

Can I book a private event or New Year's Eve dinner?

Yes. We host birthdays, anniversaries, yacht crews, wedding rehearsal dinners and private events with group menus and wine pairings, and on New Year's Eve our deck has front-row seats for the fireworks over the harbour. Email [email protected] to plan your event.
